We are also involved in the business of credit reporting and credit controlling. We employ professionals with long years of experience in this field. We have been very active in signing agreements around the world that includes North America, Central America, South America, Russia and various countries throughout Africa, Asia and Europe. The credit reporting industry within Iran is relatively new and lacking of governmental regulations. Our goal is not to wait for the government to establish guidelines, but to start developing international acceptable business credit reports that meets and/or exceeds international standards and guidelines. So far we have met those goals through arranging conferences with Iranian businesses, SME's and governmental agencies to share data, develop guidelines and follow the same format that the international credit community uses. During the initial building phase, we were able to grow our database with signed agreements with professional statisticians, IT specialists and people with finance and accounting background. We can also provide tax information, incorporation, insurance claims verification and due diligence. The main fears people have with doing business with Iranian companies are: - Is it a legitimate company? - Does it have any bad reputation (Has this company every cheated anyone?) - Is the product which it is selling safe?/can this company be treated to be supplied goods? - Will they deliver my products? - How do I know if I can trust the company? - We are here not only to take away those fears but also to give you confidence in the decisions businesses make regarding doing business with Iranian companies. We offer up-to-date, accurate, trustworthy business registration and business credit reports of Iranian companies across Iran. |

We will utilize all our internal resources and make every effort to recover the balance placed for collection however on occasion, when appropriate, we seek the assistance of our own attorneys. Being ourselves a law firm, we can apply very low attorney rates, on behalf of our clients, on individual cases based on the age and balance of the account. If it is necessary to involve one of our collection attorneys, the contingency collection fee is 25% for commercial accounts and 28% for consumer accounts. • If a lawsuit is necessary, the contingency collection fee is 28% for commercial accounts and 35% for consumer accounts and our client pays court costs as determined by the individual court. However, no lawsuit will commence, nor will costs be incurred without prior client approval. requirements. Merchandise Returns: Commissions are charged on authorized returns based on one-half the normal fee. Discovery Fee: If our collection efforts reveal that an account was paid prior to placement, one-half the normal fee will apply. Compensation Fees: Compensation may be retained for costs and expenses on all lawful collections over the principal amount. Withdrawal Fees: Accounts withdrawn after assignment, and in the process of collection are subject to regular fees or handling fees. Our Usual Debt Collection ( for ex- curia cases i.e. not requiring intervention of our attorneys) Contingency Rates :
• From 18% (for min. US$ 20 K or equivalent in other currencies) to 10% (for sums standing at US$ 70 K or over ) in Business/Commercial accounts less than 180 days from date of oldest invoice. • From 20 % (for min. US$ 20 K ) to 10% (for sums standing at US$ 70 K ) in Business/Commercial accounts between 180 to 365- days old from date of oldest invoice. • From 23% (for min. US$ 20 K ) to 13% (for sums standing at US$ 70 K ) in Business/Commercial accounts exceeding 366 days from date of oldest invoice. • 24% Individual/Consumer accounts, returned checks and all accounts under US$20 k on the caveat that our firm reserves the right to refuse to take up or to proceed further on collection of any consumer account if it is persuaded that repayment is indeed beyond the financial means of the debtor. • 25% to 28% for all accounts forwarded to our attorneys for their involvement in collection/litigation. In other words, forwarded accounts are collected on a contingency basis. However, should litigation/execution be required, there would be additional charges. These charges (i.e. court costs, suit fees or any other fees or disbursements) would be in addition to the contingency rate and would be required in advance and would not be incurred without your prior authority. • If a lawsuit is necessary, the contingency collection fee is 28% for commercial accounts and 35% for consumer accounts and our client pays court costs as determined by the individual court. However, no lawsuit will commence, nor will costs be incurred without prior client approval. Again the foregoing caveat regarding any individual (non-institutions only) debtor or for collection of any consumer account could apply as. NB: Claims which are not accompanied by supporting documents or relate to institutions out of business or are under US$ 2k are rejected.
