The undersigned accept no responsibility or liability for the actions of Dr. Hassan AMIRSHAHI & Assoc. at any time during the management of this debt , and Dr. Hassan AMIRSHAHI & Assoc. accept this case on the basis that they are indemnified against any consequences arising out of their actions .
We acknowledge the fact that Dr. Hassan AMIRSHAHI & Assoc. reserves the right to charge the quoted percentage rate fee on this debt if proven to have been paid prior to written authorization being given .
Withdrawal policy – any time that a claim is withdrawn , for whatever reason , during the collection of the claim or the appeared collection of the claim , Dr. Hassan AMIRSHAHI & Assoc. will charge the full commission .
